Meet Clare
I’ve always known I was meant to create.
When I was about eight years old, while other kids were running lemonade stands, I had a little craft stand selling my handmade pieces. I remember a young woman stopping by and picking up a small clay heart I had made. She loved it but asked if I had it in purple. I grabbed a marker, colored it right there, and handed it back to her. She lit up, overpaid me, and I remember thinking I was rich.
More than anything, I remember how it felt to create something that made someone else happy. That feeling never left me.
As I grew older, I continued creating through different mediums painting, embellishing, designing until I discovered jewelry in my early twenties. What started as making pieces for myself and my mom quickly turned into something more. People began asking where her jewelry came from, and I realized I could turn what I loved into something meaningful for others.
That journey eventually led me to the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, California, where I completed the Jewelry Design and Technology program and became a Diamond Graduate. My time at GIA was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. I was surrounded by incredibly talented and passionate people, and it gave me both the technical foundation and confidence to fully step into my craft.
Over the years, I’ve worked across fine jewelry, custom design, and artisan collections, but what has always remained at the heart of my work is creating something personal. My design style is naturally inspired earthy, organic, and a little bohemian with a strong emphasis on high-quality materials and thoughtful detail.
My journey into laser engraving began from a deeply personal place the desire to create a lasting piece in memory of my dog, Oliver. I wanted something meaningful and durable, something that could hold emotion and memory in a tangible way. That experience led me to expand my work into engraved jewelry and gifts, allowing me to help others preserve what matters most to them.
Today, I blend traditional jewelry design with modern engraving to create pieces that are not only beautiful, but deeply personal. Whether it’s a handwritten message, a beloved pet, or a meaningful symbol, each piece is created with care, intention, and connection.
I want the jewelry I create to make you feel connected to your story, your memories, and yourself and confident every time you wear it.
